Q: Where do you ship to, and what carrier do you use?
A: Currently, I ship to USA via USPS. i am not responsible for packages once they’re with carrier.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Please allow 5-7 days for me to pack and ship your order. Once with carrier, domestic orders are generally taking 1-2 weeks.

When I print your shipping label, you will receive an email saying that your order has "shipped", but it does not enter the mail stream until USPS has picked it up. Actual travel time for your package varies widely and is something i have zero control over.

I always recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number, and reach out if anything seems unusual or you have any concerns.  But do be aware, mail is taking a lot longer than usual! I am not responsible for packages once they’re with carrier, however, please reach out with any concerns: grace@graceporterart.com

Q: What if my package arrives late?
A: we are seeing record numbers when it comes to delayed mail. Despite these hiccups, very few packages have actually been lost! It's just that sometimes mail is arriving later than we want it to.  Common problems:

- Mail being marked "delivered" even though it has not been delivered; it will likely still come!

- Mail being "stuck" or “in transit” at a particular distribution center

- Mail not being scanned at the point of origin, and therefore not showing up on the tracking website for days or weeks, but this does not mean your mail is lost!

Please be patient as your mail makes its way to you :) I completely understand your frustration as I am dealing with it too with my personal mail. I do not believe it’s lost, there’s just extreme delays with the USPS right now. This is something completely outside of my control. The information you have is what I have. Please remember that I cannot offer refunds for delayed mail, as mail delays are completely outside of my control. Refunds for mail that is definitively lost are negotiated on a case by case basis, and will only be done when it is clear that the package is definitely lost- usually after 6-8 weeks of no updates from the tracking site.

Q: Are there any cheaper shipping options?
A: No, all shipping prices are calculated to reflect the cost of the postage, the packaging materials, and labor. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: I do not accept returns or exchanges at the moment, but please contact me with any order issues. 

q: can you cancel my order?
a: order cancellation is on a case by case basis as sales/profits for small businesses are usually immediately absorbed. please reach out to grace@graceporterart.com with an explanation as to why you wish to cancel your order.

Q: I just placed an order and need it sooner than your shipping window of 5-7 days to pack and ship!
A: Please reach out to grace@graceporterart.com with your order number and let me know! I will do my best to accommodate this. Orders are packed and shipped within 5-7 days of placing order, sometimes sooner! 

Q: Can I combine orders?
A: Sorry, no. If you place two separate orders, they will be shipped separately. 

Q: I want to ship your products as gifts to multiple people/recipients— do I need to submit separate orders?
A: Yes! You will enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout, and it’ll be shipped to them! Then submit a new order for your next gift! There is also gift messaging available at check out. 

Q: I ordered the wrong item! 
A: Please reach out to grace@graceportart.com immediately with your order number and let me know. Refunds are on a case by case basis as sales/profits for small businesses are usually immediately absorbed. 

Q: I entered incorrect info at checkout! Can I change it?
A: It’s okay! Let me know as soon as possible by reaching out to grace@graceporterart.com with your name, order number, and the correct info. Once your order is marked shipped, I won’t be able to make any changes so contacting me ASAP is important!

Q: My order arrived damaged! 
A: Please email me at grace@graceporterart.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage within in 14 days of receiving the package. In most cases, we can offer replacements or refunds, but it will be negotiated on a case by case basis!

Q: I received the wrong item/color/etc.!
A: I make mistakes! Please email me at grace@graceporterart.com as soon as possible with documentation or photos of my error and we can figure something out—most likely a refund or return. 

Q: I ordered something and then you advertised a different price or sale, can I get a price adjustment?
a: I am unable to off price adjustments on orders already placed or refund your original order for you to place a new one with the sale price. sales/profits for small businesses are usually immediately absorbed.
